At Greenview, our company ethos, ‘working better together’ is more than just a ‘strapline’. Our people strategy is aimed at nurturing our staff and contributing to the construction skills shortage in Northern Ireland.
Greenview deliver training to all of our staff, whether they are based onsite or in the office teams. Training ranges from software courses, health and safety to Mental Health Champion training. We provide CPD courses at Level 6 and 7 and further education courses. Whereas our skill enhancement training includes Chartered Accountancy and REVIT building information modelling. We work hard to ensure that our apprentices gain a wealth of knowledge and experience during their time with us. We have developed a bespoke apprenticeship programme with contract rotations, apprentice away days, team-building, mentoring and external training.
