We provide continual opportunities for our employees to upskill and develop their skills, through our established relationships with local colleges and training providers. This includes our Management Development Programme to develop and nurture our people internally, and we have a strong Apprenticeship Programme to deliver a breadth of experience across Greenview through an inclusive learning environment. Our commitment to supporting education and employability was recognised by the South Eastern Regional College in their Business Excellence Awards with a Commitment to Training Award in September 2019.

Since joining Greenview I have been provided with opportunities to commit to my long-term career aspirations. I have progressed from site supervisor to a contract manager, gaining valuable experience in the building services industry by putting my learning into practice. My knowledge and abilities have increased and I have gained additional insight into management processes and behaviours by working across different departments. Having completed my foundation degree with a distinction, I have now enrolled in the BEng (Hons) Degree in Building Services and Sustainable Energy.
