Greenview’s Group Operations Director, Sharon Patterson, was invited to join SERC at the Department for the Economy‘s recent conference. The conference was the NI Peer Support and Development Regional Conference which took place at the ICC Belfast. The event was attended by:
- Representatives from further and higher education
- Training organisations
- Voluntary and community groups
- Businesses from across Northern Ireland
The theme of the conference was ‘Policy Implementation in Practice – Charting the Journey from Words to Impactful Actions’. Sharon presented alongside SERC, focusing on the importance of apprenticeship training in a sustainable energy agenda. She also participated on the Peer Support and Development Conference Employers Q&A panel.

Greenview deliver training to all of our staff, whether they are based onsite or in the office teams. Training ranges from software courses, health and safety to Mental Health Champion training. We provide CPD courses at Level 6 and 7 and further education courses. Whereas our skill enhancement training includes Chartered Accountancy and REVIT building information modelling. We work hard to ensure that our apprentices gain a wealth of knowledge and experience during their time with us. We have developed a bespoke apprenticeship programme with contract rotations, apprentice away days, team-building, mentoring and external training.
