Our Commercial Asset Maintenance services provide a range of 24-hour emergency response services, reactive repairs and maintenance, and PPM works including statutory compliance and cyclical maintenance.
We adopt a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and inspections to reduce breakdowns, whilst also preventing deterioration of the facilities and assets. Our focus on energy efficiency means we maintain existing plant to maximise energy efficiency.
We also deliver PPM works outside of normal working hours to minimise the impact of any necessary shutdowns on each site’s productivity. With the majority of sites being open to members of the public, we ensure a high level of health and safety for our employees, client staff and the public.
Our range of services provided includes the maintenance and repairs of electrical systems, emergency lighting, security systems, CCTV systems, portable appliance testing & fixed appliance testing, fixed appliance inspection testing and repairs, CCTV systems, fire safety systems, lightning protection, generators, uninterruptible power supplies, and external lighting. Mechanically, our contract portfolio and offering includes commercial boilers and heaters, air conditioning and ventilation, legionella works, extract ventilation, gas detection systems, pumps, and plumbing works across non-domestic properties.

We work with clients to develop comprehensive asset registers; our CAFM allows our engineers to add or maintain records whilst on-site.
